after looking through logs, i noticed they have the same IP address.

Why are you complaining about them doing the same things? Does it bother you? If it does them leave. Why don't you get a life? You certainly doesn't sound like you have one. Seriously who goes around saying "oh my god minecraft is boring maybe I should rage about it" If you don't like the server leave and go to some other server or quit minecraft. Minecraft is all about building, mining, finding shit and battling. You are not welcome here sir.
